QUALIFICATIONS: Certified HECM
Counselor, Certified Senior Advisor,
Certified Florida Mortgage Broker, Member of FAMB,. Maintain high level
of reverse mortgage products’ knowledge, HECM counseling
protocol, HUD HECM Handbook No. 4235.1 and Mortgagee Letters, current
Federal and State mortgage origination and processing guidelines.
Possess strong managerial and organizational skills, attention to
detail, ability to successfully meet established deadlines. Provide
outstanding customer service by always being professional, patient,
compassionate, and understanding of seniors’ needs.
Bilingual: English/Russian.
REVERSE MORTGAGE EXPERIENCE: Oversaw
branch operation, including but not limited to origination, processing
and closing of reverse mortgage loans, bookkeeping, developing and
implement marketing campaigns in local media and business communities,
supervise loan officers, serve as a liaison between the company, RM
lenders, FHA resource center and local businesses. Funded 160
reverse mortgage loans during my year+ as a branch manager &
processor.
